Our service is free for joining both for men and women.
If you want to use our service you need to register first.
Only registered members can write and get responses from other members of our site. We recommend you to upload the picture(s) to your profile because it will increase interest to you.
After registration you are able to correspond with any number of our members and can contact them in 3 ways (it's your choice):
1. Send free message
You get mailbox on our server where you can check your mail, keep track of mail sent, members contacted, credits purchased and spent. The members with Internet access can receive your message instantly. Some of our female members do not have Internet access. In this case we will forward your message to our representative in her city who will deliver it to her in person or by phone. Her response will be delivered in the same way right into your mailbox on our website. You will receive e-mail notification of each message arrived. If you receive a response, to open it you need to purchase credits ($1-$2 per credit depending on the quantity of credits you purchase). Number of credits needed to open a letter varies.
We do accept payments by check, money order, cash, wire transfer, Western Union or MoneyGram transfers and more. Just send the money for the amount of credits you want to purchase. On or with your payment indicate your username on our site, or your full name, or your email address. Upon receiving the payment we will apply the credits to your account.
The prices for credits are:
1 to 5 credits: $2 for each credit
6-10 credits: $1.80 for each credit
11-20 credits: $1.60 for each credit
20-100 credits: $1.30 for each credit
more than 100 credits: $1 for each credit

2. Send free "smile"
A "smile" is a quick "Hi" message with a link back to your profile which indicates to a member that you are interested in him/her.
3. Place a live interpreted phone call directly to her via our bilingual operator (1.8 credits per minute)
Call toll-free 1.877.362.3774 (or outside of the US call 630.364.4390, it's not toll-free) between 3AM and 3PM CST, and tell the operator your login to our site, and the name or reference number of the member you want to talk to. If that member has her phone number on file for this connection, the operator will dial her, and if she is home the operator will stay on the line and interpret your conversation as you speak. * Note that for some of the women we do not have their number listed or we may have to arrange the call in advance. In such instances we will not be able to connect you immediately, instead we will schedule a call for a later time which is convenient for you and her. Some women have chosen not to be disturbed with "cold calls" so they will not accept a call if they have not seen a man's profile or a letter from him first.
What is your next step?.. Here also two options present.
1. Once you have established a conversation with one or a few members one way or another, it's time to think about personally meeting her (or him). Since our men and women are often located on different continents, we can help arrange your first meeting, if both parties positively agree to meet. Call us and we will organize your trip to CIS to meet her and possibly other women, or organize your meeting in a different country. Then, if you want to proceed, we will help you
with all the paperwork needed to bring her to your country. Let our experience in these matters work for you.
2. If you choose not to use our service to arrange your meeting with the lady, there is a way to bypass it by getting her direct contact information. You can get the woman's direct contact information and do everything on your own. You can get her contact info in two ways.
First (preferred) is to exchange at least 15 letters with her. That means 15 two-way exchanges, so you need to open at least 15 letters from this particular woman. Then you will need to go through IMBRA clearance (only once, regardless of how many women's info you want). Then you get her full contact information. This way we ensure that you comply with the latest laws and that there is substantial communication to show her intent, and make sure she signs the IMBRA release.
If you don't want to wait to exchange 15 letters, you can choose expedited service. All you need to do is to go through IMBRA clearance (only once), and pay nonrefundable administrative fee of $50 (for each woman's info). For this $50 administrative fee we will contact the woman of your choice and try to obtain IMBRA release from her. If she does not give us the IMBRA release, we cannot provide you with her contact info, and the administrative fee will not be refunded. We sincerely do not recommend the expedited service, unless you are sure she has honest intentions and she wants to communicate with you outside our service. |
